“Golden Chest” Lottery
Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions
1.1. “Golden Chest Lottery” (hereinafter referred to as the “Lottery”) is a promotional campaign organized by the Chest mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”).
1.2. By participating in the Lottery, the user is deemed to have fully and unconditionally agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
1.3. The Lottery is held in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan and is subject to the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
2. Right to Participation
2.1. Only persons who have registered in the Application and provided all the required information may participate in the Lottery.
2.2. Only citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan who have reached the age of 18 may participate in the Lottery.
2.3. The Organizer reserves the right to request identification documents from the user in necessary cases.
2.4. Employees of PASHA Malls and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies are not eligible to participate in the lottery.

3. Submission of vouchers

3.1. Each voucher can only be added to the Application by one user.

3.2. Only vouchers printed after 10.11.2024 are eligible to participate in the Lottery.

3.3. Forged, duplicated, altered or third-party vouchers are considered invalid.

3.4. If such cases are detected, the user may be disqualified from the Lottery.

4. Obtaining lottery tickets

4.1. Each valid voucher entitles the user to 1 (one) lottery ticket.
4.2. The user is provided with 5 (five) additional lottery tickets in the following cases:

● Each voucher from any store located within Gənclik Mall.
4.3. There is no limit to the number of lottery tickets that the user can obtain.
5. Lottery Draws
5.1. Lottery winners are determined on a monthly basis, using a random selection mechanism.
5.2. Each lottery ticket participates in only one monthly draw.

5.3. Non-winning tickets are not carried over to subsequent monthly draws.
5.4. Monthly lottery draws are held on the following dates:
● December 1, 2025;
● December 28, 2025;
● February 2, 2026;
● March 2, 2026;
● March 23, 2026.
5.5. Major draws are dedicated to special dates and are held on the following days:
● December 28, 2025 - New Year
● March 23, 2026 - Novruz
5.6. The Organizer reserves the right to change the draw dates if necessary. In such case, changes will be announced in advance through the Application and official channels.
6. Announcement of winners and contact
6.1. Winners will be contacted within 5 business days after random selection.
6.2. Winners will be shared on the official social media accounts and official website of the Sandiq Application.
6.3. If the winner does not contact within the specified period, the prize may be canceled or an alternative winner may be selected.
7. Prizes
7.1. The following prizes may be awarded within the framework of the lottery:

● Laptop - 1 pc;
● Gold bar - 2 pcs;
● Refrigerator - 1 pc;
● Iron - 10 pcs;
● Microwave oven - 1 pc;
● Electric kettle - 10 pcs;
● Toaster - 5 pcs;

● Meat grinder - 3 pcs;
● Blender - 5 pcs;
● Vacuum cleaner - 1 pc;
● Hair dryer - 5 pcs;
● Iron-dryer - 5 pcs;
● Robot vacuum cleaner - 1 pc;
● Mixer - 3 pcs;
● Headphones - 10 pcs;
● Smart watch - 10 pcs;
● Check-up examination packages - 800 pcs;
● Gift cards - 100 pcs;
● Cash prizes - 15,000 pcs.
7.2. Prizes may be exchanged, substituted for another product or cashed out. The decision on this matter is
reserved by the Organizer.
8. Disqualification
8.1. In case of violation of the rules, submission of false information or abuse of the system, the user may be excluded from the Lottery.
8.2. The Organizer's decision on this matter is final.
9. Limitation of liability
9.1. Prizes awarded within the framework of the Lottery may be awarded by third parties.
9.2. The Organizer is not responsible for delays caused by technical malfunctions, internet problems or user errors.
10. Final provisions
10.1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
10.2. All disputes related to the Lottery shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
10.3. All decisions of the organizer are final and not open to appeal.
